Refunds & Returns

Items purchased from artists on the marketplace are custom-made and printed just for you. Returns are offered for defective items, and we’re always happy to set up a free size exchange if the size you’ve ordered isn’t right.

If something you received is defective or you need to set up a size exchange, please contact us via the Contact Us – we’d be happy to get this sorted for you.

Defective Items

If something you received is defective please contact us with a picture of the damaged item and we’ll do what we can to make it right! 

Where's My Refund

Typically refunds clear on our end in 24-48 hours, but based on the original payment method and your bank, it can take a billing cycle(3-4 weeks) for this to process.

If your refund still hasn’t been applied after you receive your next bill, please let us know via the Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to resolve that for you.
